Bordure™ Alloy
United Oil Tools (UOT) with Bordure™ Alloy technology provides wear protection for harsh service condition by using boron as the source to harden the substrate material far better than conventional carburising and nitriding techniques.

Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a controlled group of method aiming to modify one or more mechanical properties of metal or alloy by changing microstructure. United Oil Tools provides heat treatment services as •Annealing •Stress reliving •Hardening •Tempering •Normalising •Disinfection Our gas furnace is guaranteeing a more accurate, even heat treatment process and the dimensional capacity of our furnace is as 15m L × 2m W × 2m h.
Agriculture
United Oil Tools supports agricultural industry with boronising machinery components exposed to extreme heavy abrasion and erosion during contact with soil and crops. Some of these parts are:

Oil and Gas

We possess unique capability in boronising inner and/or outer walls of tubing and casing from a wide range of diameter, grade, weight, and length. Our specific emphasis is placed on the common sizes of 2-3/8in and 2-7/8in J55 tubings. Our state-of-the-art facility is capable of producing 2km a day of boronised tubing; that is the largest facility in the world.
